it shall be unlawful for any person to burn or cause to be burned any leaves, trash, forest vegetation, or any other combustible material of any kind or to permit any such fire for burning within the unincorporated areas of the county during a burn ban that has been declared by the county judge. Further, it shall be unlawful for any person to use fireworks during a burn ban or to cause smoke to obstruct roadways in Pulaski County during open burning of any combustible materials as described in this section. The only exception shall be a permit issued by authority of the county judge. (b)<w:t xml:space="preserve">Citations shall be issued or levied against any person found to be in violation of a burn ban. Violation of a ban on outdoor burning, enacted by the county judge, by executive order, shall be punishable by a fine of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for the first offense, and five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each repetition thereof. Each incident or violation of this section shall constitute a separate offense notwithstanding the fact that said multiple incidents or violations may occur on the same day. (Ord.
