(21)Section 6104.2 of CFC Chapter 61 is amended in its entirety to read as follows: 6104.2 Maximum capacity within established limits. The aggregate capacity of any one installation for the bulk storage of liquefied petroleum gases shall not exceed 2,000 water gallons in residential areas. In non-residential areas, when, in the opinion of the Fire Code Official, the location of bulk storage of liquefied petroleum gases would create a threat to the occupants and property owners, the aggregate storage capacity of liquefied petroleum gas shall also be limited to 2,000 water gallons. Nothing in this section exempts such use from compliance with any other applicable provisions of the City's Development Code (Title 16), and the Fire Code Official shall be guided by the appropriate provisions of Title 16 when permitting the storage of liquefied petroleum gas in excess of 2,000 water gallons at any one installation.
