040(A) restricts sales to art or crafts made under the chapter's supervision rules, cut flowers, or food and beverages excluding alcohol. 050(A) lists nine no-vending zones: within 500 feet of a school serving students 18 or younger, on a curb painted white, yellow, blue or red, within 15 feet of a crosswalk, fire hydrant or driveway, within 300 feet of a public park, playground or municipal recreation center, within 100 feet of a street intersection or a marked bus stop, at any spot that narrows pedestrian passage below six feet, or within 300 feet of another vendor selling similar goods unless a four-plus-lane street separates them.
