Tulsa, OK Food Trucks & Mobile Vendors: Sidewalk & Mobile Vending (2026)

Tulsa Revised Ordinances Title 21, Chapter 23 defines a "mobile push cart" as a non-self-propelled food unit moved by hand, and folds it into the mobile vendor standards at Section 2305. Carts may not vend within 150 feet of a public or private school during session hours, cannot obstruct sidewalks or cause people to congregate in the public way, must provide customer trash receptacles, and are limited to 12 hours at one physical address (longer on private property only as state law allows). Vendors also need a food establishment license from the Tulsa City-County Health Department plus a City food license under Title 17, Chapter 4. Operating in a residential zoning district requires a resident's invitation and is capped at 12 days per year.
