(A)No person shall provide food, beverage, or merchandise vending services from a motor vehicle without obtaining a permit pursuant to this section.(B)The Department of Public Works shall promulgate rules and regulations under which a permit may be granted to provide vending services in a mobile food truck sales zone.(C)A mobile food truck vendor may apply for a mobile food truck vending permit by filing with the Department of Public Works a completed application on a form provided by the Division of Civil Engineering.(D)Upon receipt and approval by the Director of Public Works of an application for a mobile food truck vending permit, the Director of Public Works shall grant to the applicant a permit valid for a period of 30 days.
