All garage sales and artist and/or craft persons sales conducted within the city shall be subject to the following limitations:
A. Sales shall be conducted only between the hours of eight a.m. and eight p.m.
B. One sale shall not exceed three consecutive days;
C. One sign not exceeding two feet by two feet in size may be posted on the property where the sale is being held during the duration of the sale only. No signs regarding such sale shall be posted on any property other than where the sale is held;
D. No more than two garage sales shall be conducted on the same premises more than twice in any calendar year;
E. No more than two artist and/or craft persons sales shall be conducted on the same premises more than twice in any calendar year.
