The county does not license or register residential yard sales, so a resident in Golden Valley, Fort Mohave, or the open county holds a sale without applying to anyone. The one county regulation that reaches a sale is the Zoning Ordinance sign rule (Section 31): you may post two signs, each no larger than four square feet, only during the sale and for no more than five days. Incorporated cities such as Kingman and Lake Havasu City run their own sale and sign rules within city limits.
