Table 4.04-4, printed inside § 14.04.04(G)(1), sets the maximum height for every fence, wall, and hedge in Lake Havasu City by yard location rather than by zoning district, so the same numbers apply whether the lot sits in an R-1 subdivision or a commercial corridor. A front yard fence, wall, or hedge tops out at 5 feet, and a side yard fence facing a street carries the identical 5-foot cap. Move to an interior side yard, one that does not face a street, and the limit rises to 6 feet, the same 6-foot maximum that applies along the entire rear yard.

Stacking a fence on top of a retaining wall does not raise those numbers: the combined structure is held to 5 feet in the front yard and 6 feet in every other yard, measured the same way as a standalone fence. Corner lots follow a different rule entirely. Section 14.04.04(G)(1) opens by carving out corner lots from Table 4.04-4 and sending them to § 14.04.03(D), the access and circulation article's visibility triangle standard, which controls sight lines at intersections instead of the flat height table.

Beyond height, the same subsection requires any fence, wall, or hedge facing a collector or arterial street to break up long, blank runs with articulation, columns, material changes, or offsets, at least every 100 feet on a major street and every 50 feet on any other public street.
