The aggregate sign area allowance for all temporary signs on a developed lot or site, or on the common area of a fully developed residential subdivision with 5 or more parcels, or on the common area of fully developed multi-family apartment or condominium complexes with 5 or more units, excluding exempt signs or signs otherwise allowed by this Chapter, is 24 square feet, 4 square feet of which may be used as general advertising for hire. ... 4. Maximum Size. The maximum sign area for any individual sign shall be 16 square feet.
