Only residents of the dwelling plus limited non-resident employees may work on-site. Activities must not generate noise, vibration, odor, dust, glare, or electrical interference detectable at property lines. Retail sales of stock-in-trade are prohibited; only incidental sales related to services rendered are allowed. Storage of materials or equipment outside an enclosed structure is not permitted.
