No unusual or expensive features may be installed in an accessory structure that would render it permanently ill-adapted for normal residential accessory use. Home occupations are listed as a permitted accessory use across the city's residential zoning districts, subject to these standards.
Operating a home business that employs non-residents, alters the building's appearance, generates excess traffic or on-street/front-setback parking, or produces noise, odor, glare, fumes, or electrical interference detectable off the lot violates Sec. 25-107.n and is enforceable by the Planning/zoning enforcement staff.
