F.Vehicles in Bicycle Lanes. No person shall drive a vehicle on or across a bicycle lane except to make a right turn at an intersecting street or to enter a driveway or to pick up or discharge passengers or to park such vehicle or leave a parking space when provided adjacent to the bicycle lane or to obtain emergency parking. Emergency parking shall be allowed in bicycle lanes for disabled vehicles and emergency vehicles only. Emergency parking shall be effected only at the farthest point away from the center of the roadway that permits the safety of the vehicle. No person shall drive a vehicle upon or across a bicycle lane as permitted by this section except after giving the right-of-way to all bicycles in the lane.G.Riding on Sidewalks. No person shall ride or operate a bicycle upon a sidewalk except in residential areas or when the sidewalk is designated as a bicycle lane. Whenever any person is riding or operating a bicycle upon a sidewalk, such person shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian and shall give audible signal before overtaking and passing such pedestrian.H.Position of a Bicyclist in Bicycle Lane. While proceeding in a bicycle lane, a bicyclist must ride in the farthest most right-hand portion of the lane when possible. In a bicycle lane designated for two-way travel, bicyclist must ride at the right-hand side, such that in passing, opposite moving bicycles will be to the respective bicycle rider's left.
