Riders of any eBike or eScooter, shared or private, are also capped at 20 mph with one rider only, and are locked out of several no-ride zones downtown, City Hall, the Recreation Center, Library Square, and ballfields. There is no dockless-scooter program operating in Nampa today under this ordinance.
