Noises plainly audible from a neighboring property boundary can also be cited under the Title 9 general noise ordinance. After amendments in 2023, owners must have physical control of animals off-property. Repeated barking complaints can result in animal impoundment after escalating violations: $50 fine per leash law violation; after a 5th violation the animal may be impounded.
