Per ORC 4513.60-.65, Grove City Police tag suspected abandoned vehicles with a 48-hour warning sticker. If not moved, vehicle is towed to the Grove City impound or a contract yard. Recovery fee is approximately $125 tow plus $25/day storage. Vehicles without title recovered are sold at auction after 15 days. Residential junk vehicles (no plates, flat tires, inoperable) cited by Code Enforcement under Property Maintenance Code 302.8.
