Whenever the County Sheriff finds a vehicle parked in the Courthouse or Law Enforcement Center parking lots contrary to this section, the deputy shall cause the same to be removed by a towing company. Such vehicle shall be removed to a storage area of such towing company and kept there until the owner presents to the towing company a release from the County Sheriff's Department.
