It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to park, or cause to be parked or left standing, any unattended commercial vehicle or a gross weight exceeding six thousand (6,000) pounds, at any time on the following described locations:

Section 10.24.030 makes it unlawful to park or leave standing any unattended commercial vehicle, or any vehicle with a gross weight over 6,000 pounds, at any time along a specific list of county roads and areas: including streets in Winterhaven, the Heber townsite, Anza Road toward the Calexico city limits, and roads through the Gateway of the Americas Specific Plan area. Vehicles left in violation may be towed to the nearest garage by CHP or a sheriff's deputy under § 10.24.040.
