Sec. 17-10 governs commercial vehicles in the unincorporated county. It bans truck tractors, semi-trailers and trailers on public streets, roads and rights-of-way in the residential zoning districts, and also bars parking or storing them on a lot in any residential zoning district unless the entire vehicle is kept in an enclosed garage or carport.
