For home occupations, no outdoor storage or loading is allowed except that one work trailer, work vehicle or commercial vehicle may park on the property. Off-street loading spaces for commercial and industrial uses are governed by Section 8-3-10, which requires loading for uses 5,000 sq ft or larger and keeps loading 50 feet from residential districts.
