Full Breakdown
Section 10-2004 of the county code establishes dozens of individual loading zones on named unincorporated streets, each created and time-limited by its own subsection. On Mission Road, for example, the zone runs 15 feet north of Country Club Boulevard and applies only between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., a vehicle parked there outside an active load or delivery violates the section. Because each zone is street-specific, drivers must check posted signage; there is no single countywide loading-zone standard beyond the streets the Board has separately designated.
Violations & Fines
Parking or standing in a designated loading zone for any purpose other than active loading or unloading during its posted hours violates Section 10-2004; violations are punished under the Vehicle Code fine schedule per Section 10-2005.
