Section 413-9 sets the minimum number of drop-off and loading spaces required in all primary districts, scaled by use and floor area. 1 except high-rise attached dwellings above three stories, which need one space plus one additional space for every 50 units beyond the first 100. 4 is exempt under 5,000 square feet, then needs one space from 5,000 to 25,000 square feet, two spaces from 25,000 to 50,000 square feet, and three spaces from 50,000 to 100,000 square feet. 5 need at least one space up to 25,000 square feet, two spaces from 25,000 to 50,000 square feet, and three spaces from 50,000 to 100,000 square feet.

2 need one loading space once a group care facility's bed count exceeds 25, and hospitals need one to three spaces depending on floor area up to 150,000 square feet. C need a minimum of two off-street loading spaces for buses, plus one additional drop-off and loading space for every 250 bussed pupils. 2 requires spaces to be located on-site and directly accessible to main structures. 3 fixes minimum dimensions at 35 feet long by 12 feet wide for all uses except wholesale and industrial, which get a longer 65-by-12-foot space to accommodate larger trucks.
