In Salem, a motorized RV over 20 feet long or 8 feet wide may not park on a residential street between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Marion County's rural roads have no specific RV rule beyond the 3-day right-of-way limit; check your city.
Salem regulates recreational-vehicle storage on public streets. Salem Revised Code 102.040(h) bars parking a motorized RV over 20 feet long or 8 feet wide on any residentially zoned street from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., and downtown at any time. Boats and trailers count as vehicles and are also limited by the oversized-vehicle rule (over 23 feet). On unincorporated county roads, an RV may not sit in the right-of-way for three consecutive days or longer (MCC 10.10.150). RVs stored on your own private property are governed by county or city zoning, not these street rules.
Salem street-parking violations are civil infractions subject to citation, towing, and impound fees.
