13(A) bars parking trailers, wagons, boats, campers or any other non-motorized vehicle on a county, City of Union or City of Walton owned or maintained parking lot, and separately bars any tractor-trailer, truck-camper, motor-home or recreational vehicle from those lots after dark, or any other motorized vehicle for longer than 24 hours, excluding vehicles the county or those cities own. 13(B) extends similar limits to county roads and streets themselves: no vehicle wider than eight feet at its widest point, no pickup truck carrying a camper top, and no motor-home, recreational vehicle, travel trailer, tractor-trailer, truck-camper or house trailer may be parked or left standing there at all.

13(C): a trailer under eight feet at its widest point may sit on a county road or street for up to 24 hours within any seven-day period, but only while still attached to a vehicle and only if it does not impede traffic or create a hazard. That means a boat or travel trailer disconnected from its tow vehicle, or left in a driveway-adjacent road spot for days, falls outside the exception entirely. These restrictions apply on roads and lots in unincorporated Boone County and on roads and lots shared with the City of Union and the City of Walton.
