Sec. 1003.165. All vehicles, including recreational vehicles and boats, must be parked on a paved driveway. Vehicles permitted to be parked on a driveway in a residential neighborhood are cars, vans, pickup trucks, boats, campers, or other recreational vehicles typically used by a family.

Off-Street Parking and Loading Requirements (§1003.165) require all-weather paved surfaces for all vehicle parking in residential zones. Vehicles 'typically used by a family' (cars, vans, pickups, boats, campers) are permitted on the driveway; storage of multiple RVs may trigger §1003.167 'storage of inoperable equipment' rules. Each city has additional rules. Town & Country and Frontenac require complete screening from the street.
