Restricted vehicles may be parked in the side yard and rear yard of property with an occupied single-family residence or duplex, provided that the restricted vehicle does not extend more than five (5) feet past the front of the structure and that the restricted vehicle is owned by the property owner or tenant.

In side/rear yards they may not extend more than five feet past the home's front and must belong to the owner or tenant. On a corner lot's secondary front yard they must sit back ten feet and be screened by a six-foot fence or full hedge. Front-yard paved-driveway parking is allowed only in A, A-1, or RSF-1 districts, or briefly (max two times per 30 days, three days each) for loading/unloading. No water, sewer, or electric hookups except battery charging or repairs.
