Lee County, FL Parking Rules: Street Parking Limits (2026)

Section 28-104 lists where you may not stop, stand or park: on the roadway side of a vehicle already parked at the curb, on a sidewalk, within an intersection, on a crosswalk, on a bicycle path, on a bridge or elevated structure, on a railroad track, in a fire lane, and where official signs prohibit stopping. You also may not stand or park within 15 feet of a fire hydrant, within 20 feet of a crosswalk at an intersection, or within 30 feet approaching a stop sign or traffic signal. Where you do park, Section 28-105(a) requires right-hand wheels within 12 inches of the curb on a two-way road.
