Full Breakdown
Section 3007.02 bars parking or storage of any vehicle, motor home, transient trailer, boat or trailer on a public street or public right-of-way within platted subdivisions of the Reservoir Community District, and in other RCD areas posted with NO PARKING signs. The Vineyards and most of Barnett Bend are excluded by name, matching the yard-parking exception in Section 3007.01. Isolated, non-recurring gatherings, parties or visitor parking are allowed as a stated exception. The rule reaches only unincorporated county subdivisions near the Ross Barnett Reservoir, not Brandon, Pearl, Flowood or the county's other incorporated towns.
Violations & Fines
Leaving a vehicle, RV, boat or trailer parked on the street or right-of-way in a covered subdivision, outside the isolated-gathering exception, violates Section 3007.02.
