LA County Code Section 11.20.020 et seq. defines public nuisances including unsanitary conditions, accumulated waste, vermin harboring, and dilapidated structures. Title 22 Section 22.176 (Nonconforming Uses and Buildings) and Ch. 22.172 cover deteriorated structures. The Altadena CSD's Compliance Implementation Program (22.306.070.A.3.f) gave non-conforming fences until January 1, 2034 to comply.
