Summary

No person shall loiter or remain in any park for the purpose of begging.
B. No person shall loiter or remain in any park for the purpose of gambling with cards, dice or other gambling devices.
C. No person shall loiter or remain in any park for the purpose of soliciting or engaging in any business, trade or commercial transaction involving the sale of merchandise or services, except as set forth in § 323-21B above.
D. No person shall loiter in or near toilet buildings.
E. Nonobservance of this section shall constitute a violation.
