Loitering or loafing on the said airports is prohibited and persons engaging in such practices shall be subject to ejection from the airport property.

(e) Hunting in any form or the discharge of firearms on airport property is prohibited.

(f) No person shall conduct gambling in any form or operate gambling devices of any nature within the confines of the county's airports.

(g) No person shall dispose of garbage, papers, refuse or other form of trash on the premises of airports except in receptacles provided for such purpose, nor use a comfort station other than in a clean and sanitary manner.

(h) No person shall operate or release any model aircraft, rocket, kite, balloon, or parachute or other similar contrivance at or upon the county's airports without the prior approval of the airport director. Such prohibition shall not extend to the airport weather station when such activity is a regular operational function on its part.

(i) No person shall enter the terminal building or field area of any airport with a dog or other animal. Seeing eye or service dogs may be permitted in the terminal building if such entry is for an appropriate purpose and if the Seeing eye or service dog is properly leashed. Dogs or other animals that are to be transported by air may be allowed in the terminal building if they are properly confined before they are brought into the terminal building.
