Summary

Except under the direction of or by permission of the Park Superintendent, no person may enter, remain, stay or loiter in or on the Deschenes Oval, Sandy Pond Park, Bicentennial Park or Monument Park between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.; no person may enter, remain, stay or loiter in Sunset Heights Park, Salem Street Park, Salem Street Tot Lot, Field's Grove Park, Shattuck Street Park or Belvedere Park between the hours of dusk and 6 a.m.; and no person may enter, remain, stay or loiter in any other city park between the hours of 10 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
