Smoking is banned islandwide in all public parks, recreation areas, and facilities run by the parks or enterprise services departments, plus within 20 feet of any bus stop.
Except as otherwise provided herein, smoking is prohibited in the following places within the city: ... (13) All public parks, recreation areas, and facilities under the maintenance of the department of parks and recreation or the department of enterprise services, except for the open air areas of a municipal golf course and such areas... (14) Any bus stop. The smoking prohibition applies to the area of the bus stop that extends out from the bus stop sign or the footprint of the shelter in every direction by 20 feet.
