Courts at Lake Shawnee and North Community Park, along with the sand volleyball facilities, may also be reserved in advance through the director of parks and recreation under Sec.
21-247. The ban is narrow in scope: it applies only to the surface of tennis and sand volleyball courts inside county parks, not to skateboarding on county sidewalks, trails, or streets generally, which this article does not address.
