A 'Hosted Stay' requires the host to remain on the property throughout the guest's occupancy except during daytime or work hours; an 'Un-Hosted Stay' where the host is absent is also permitted but capped at 90 nights per year.
"Hosted Stay" means a Short-Term Rentals activity whereby the Host resides on the property throughout the Guest's occupancy (except for daytime and/or work hours), either:1.In a portion of the Primary Residence; or2.In an Accessory Dwelling Unit or in a detached Residential Unit provided there are no more than two Residential Units located on the property and they are detached.
"Un-Hosted Stay" means a Short-Term Rentals activity that is not a Hosted Stay.
