17-4(g), Conduct on premises, requires every occupant and visitor of a permitted short-term rental to follow the City Code's noise and disorderly-conduct restrictions in Chapter 82 and the litter rules in Chapter 50, and bars any public nuisance on the property. , and the code specifically lists decks, portals, porches, balconies, patios, hot tubs, pools, saunas and spas as covered outdoor areas.
