Operators with parking-related neighbor complaints should be aware that substantiated complaints can jeopardize a non-primary rental's zoning certificate.
There is no numeric STR parking standard to violate, but parking that spills onto streets or neighboring lots and generates substantiated complaints can contribute to the two-complaint threshold for revoking a non-primary rental's zoning certificate, and may run afoul of general city parking and nuisance rules.
