Douglas County, CO Short-Term Rentals: Short-Term Rental Parking Rules (2026)

Section V.H requires that the motor vehicles and trailers of all occupants be accommodated on the approved driveway of the property; no vehicles or trailers may be parked on vegetated areas. Every applicant must submit a parking plan that clearly delineates the parking area(s) for vehicles and trailers, and guests may not park in violation of that plan. The interior renter instructions must describe or depict where vehicles and trailers park, the maximum number permitted, and any alternative parking for extra vehicles, trailers or campers. Camping or using an RV or trailer for overnight sleeping on the property is prohibited.
