Operating a use the zoning district does not allow, or running a home-business use that exceeds the Chapter 21.94 criteria, can trigger County code enforcement (zoning enforcement is handled by the Department of Environmental Resources). Failing to register for and collect Transient Occupancy Tax on stays of 30 days or less is a separate violation enforced by the Treasurer-Tax Collector under Ordinance Code Chapter 4.04.
