Following an approved inspection and tax payment, the RMA states a permit is typically issued within about one week. Permit decisions by the Planning Director are final and not subject to appeal.
Failing to renew before expiration, operating with lapsed registration, or submitting an incomplete application all prevent lawful operation. The County may not process or renew a permit while County violations or unpaid fees remain outstanding.
