Construction materials, trash bins, and other objects must not permanently obstruct pedestrian paths. Temporary obstructions during construction may be permitted with proper permits and alternative pedestrian routing. The city's Traffic Division determines if vegetation at intersections creates visibility obstructions and may order trimming or removal. ADA accessibility must be maintained at all times.
