Multiple message signs shall be permitted in GC, LMI and HMI zoning districts under the following conditions.
A.Minimum Fixed Period. Each sign shall remain fixed for at least ten seconds.B.Change of Message. When a message is changed, it shall be accomplished in three seconds or less.C.Minimum Separation. Also see Section 4.4.13.C.2 and Section 4.4.13.C.3 regarding spacing of signs.1.No part of any permitted multiple message sign shall be erected within 5,000 feet as measured by an arc from another multiple message sign on the same side of the street.
