140(B) of the Vanderburgh County Zoning Code addresses garage-sale signage with a single, specific mandate: all signs erected for a garage or yard sale must be removed, paired with a companion rule that any personal property exhibited for sale outside a structure during the sale be brought back inside immediately following the sale's last day. The section doesn't establish a permit, a maximum sign size, a setback from the street or property line, or a cap on how many signs a seller can post, which distinguishes it from the county's general commercial and political sign standards elsewhere in the code; the garage-sale provision is narrowly a takedown requirement tied to the two-sale-per-year, three-consecutive-day limit set in subsection (A) of the same section.
