Political campaign signs are permitted in all zoning districts under SLCRO §1003.168. Maximum 8 sq ft per sign, 16 sq ft total per lot. Signs must be on private property and removed within 7 days after the election.
Sign Regulations §1003.168 (countywide for unincorporated areas) sets the 8/16 sq ft limit and 7-day post-election removal requirement. Real estate signs (§1003.168D) may only be erected on the property being sold. Garage-sale signs are prohibited in the public right-of-way. Decorative holiday displays may be up to 30 days before and 7 days after the holiday.
