Fulton County, GA Soliciting & Door-to-Door: No-Knock Registry (2026)

Section 54-40 gives residents two layers of protection. First, no solicitor may enter a dwelling except at the express invitation of the occupant, so the legal default is the doorstep, not the doorway. Second, no solicitation may be made at any dwelling, or any group of apartments, that posts a conspicuous sign reading no soliciting, no solicitation, no peddlers, or something similar at or near the main entrance or driveway to the premises. Because the section covers groups of apartments, a single sign at a complex entrance or driveway can put the whole property off limits.
