Section 19½-2 sets the full fee schedule for the Cotile Lake and Recreation Area, effective March 1, 2016. For pavilion rentals, the #3 pavilion, known as Ross Shenk, costs $250 per day, a rate that already includes the gate fee, and the renter must furnish a guest list before the event. A screened-in pavilion rents for $150 per day and an unscreened pavilion for $100 per day. Renters must pay at least half the rent in advance as a nonrefundable reservation fee, and the balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the event; a renter can only get the advance payment back by giving at least 30 days' written cancellation notice.

Holiday rentals of the Ross Shenk pavilion carry a two-day minimum, and all pavilion bookings are handled first-come, first-served. 00 discount for citizens 60 or older fishing or launching. under § 19½-2(a)(6). Anyone violating the recreation-area rules while using a rented pavilion, including the guest-list and gate-fee requirements, is subject to the general recreation-area penalty at § 19½-1(C), and the Cotile Recreation Director can eject or ban a violator under § 19½-3.
