The Director is hereby authorized to establish Parklet Guidelines. The Parklet Guidelines are referenced in this section and placed on file in the City Clerk's Office. Each Parklet must submit an application to and be authorized by the Director, or designee. Each Parklet application will be submitted with an administrative fee and each authorized Parklet will be assessed a daily fee to be paid by the applicant. The amount of such fees shall be established in Chapter 60, the General Schedule of Fees.
