Summary

Restaurants in Nampa's Downtown Historic zone need a temporary use permit from parking services to put tables and chairs on the sidewalk or street.

Upon an application being made to code enforcement parking services, and in compliance with the other requirements of this chapter, parking services may issue a temporary use permit providing for use of on street parking spaces and the placement thereon of tables, chairs, umbrellas, fencing, outdoor receptacles, or other related articles... All permits shall be issued for a maximum time frame of six months. All permits shall be reapplied for prior to their expiration date.
