Vermont Statewide Rule
Vermont prohibits possession, sale, and use of consumer fireworks statewide except for permitted public displays under 20 V.S.A. ΰΈ’ΰΈ 3132. Only sparklers and certain novelties are exempt. Municipalities cannot authorize private consumer fireworks beyond what state law allows.
