Above-ground swimming pools in Oak Park are subject to building permit requirements. A permit application must be submitted to the Building Division showing the pool location, setbacks from property lines, access provisions, and drainage plan. Above-ground pools must maintain setbacks from property lines as required by the zoning ordinance for accessory structures.
