HOAs in Bethany, Oak Hills, and Sherwood's Murrayhill commonly require storage in garage or behind a screen. Snow/ice or tree overhang that blocks the mechanical arm will result in a skipped pickup.
Carts left at curb past 24 hours: $25-$100 per occurrence. Habitual violations: $250 escalating. Blocked pickup/inaccessible carts: skipped with no makeup service.
